Cancellation Policy

*Existing clients are not allowed to use any discounted vouchers from third companies. Only if they have vouchers from Head Spa directly, then they are eligible to use these vouchers.
Please also remember there are fees for:

 

  • Late cancellation less than 48 hours up to 24 hours before appointment $20 charges 

  • For cancellation less than 24 hours up to 6 hours before appointment $40 charges

  • For cancellation less than 6 hours before appointment or no show up $60 charges.

  1. Your credit card will be charged a deposit of $60 to make a booking. 

  2. ​There is no penalty fee if you cancel or reschedule before 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will receive penalty fee for late cancellation, that is including late reschedule or changing of appointment too.

  3. ​By showing up to your appointment, you confirm that you have checked the extra fees based on hair length and volume (you can view this chart on our website ) and you agree to them. Head Spa will not take any responsibility if you miss to check the right price for your hair. At the time of your booking, If you do not want to proceed with your appointment for any reason, you will still receive the penalty fee.

  4. ​Results are vary hair to hair, we do not compare our products and service with other similars in the market. Our products are toxic free and therefore results can be different to other products in the market. our prices are on reduced bases, for you to try and see if these is for you.

  5. ​If you have coloured hair, you understand that keratin treatment might change your hair colour. For more info read FAQ in our website.

  6. ​In very rare situations, if your voucher is faulty or been refunded after you have received your service or any other unpredictable situation, the company has the right to charge the outstanding amount from the credit card you have provided.

  7. ​If the credit card you have provided us with, is stolen or does not have enough funds on it, the company has the right to pursue legally and you will be legally responsible for all damages and legal costs caused to Head Spa.

  8. At the time of your appointment, we charge the outstanding amount first before we provide the service.
